What is a peptide stack?
A "stack" is any combination of two or more peptides used together, whether sold as a single pre-blended vial, a multi-vial kit, or a set of separate products used concurrently. In the research-peptide and clinic markets, stacks are defined entirely by vendor or clinic marketing, not by any regulatory or pharmacopoeial standard.
No named stack has been studied in a published controlled trial as a combination. The entire rationale for any stack is mechanistic extrapolation from separate component studies. This is a central limitation, not a gap to be filled by inference.
This page profiles the most widely marketed stacks by claimed domain, linking to the full blend-atlas pages where the detailed evidence, composition variability, and safety uncertainties are documented.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Wolverine — Wolverine Stack, BPC-157/TB-500, BPC/TB Blend | BPC-157, TB-500 | Tissue repair, tendon and ligament recovery | No combination study. Component ambiguity: TB-500 may be full-length Tβ4 or a 7-AA fragment. | Wolverine |
| Wolverine Plus — Coremend, Recovery Blend | BPC-157, TB-500, KPV | Expanded healing with anti-inflammatory addition | No combination study. Some sellers use "Wolverine Plus" for GHK-Cu instead of KPV, creating name instability. | BPC-157 + TB-500 + KPV |
| GLOW — GLOW Blend, GLOW Stack, GLOW 50/10/10 | GHK-Cu, BPC-157, TB-500 | Skin health, connective tissue, anti-ageing | No triple-combination study. Ratio varies across observed batches (GHK-Cu 33.8–62 mg; BPC-157 6.7–11.9 mg). | GLOW |
| KLOW — KLOW Blend, KLOW Stack, Quad Healing | GHK-Cu, KPV, BPC-157, TB-500 | Comprehensive tissue healing (ECM + anti-inflammatory + angiogenesis + cell migration) | No combination study. GHK-Cu loading ranges 25–50 mg. At least three incompatible KLOW definitions documented. | KLOW |
| BPC-157 + KPV — GI Blend | BPC-157, KPV | Gastrointestinal-focused healing | No combination study. Individual-component evidence is Evidence from in vitro or animal studies with no adequate human efficacy evidence — the atlas Grade D lane. परिभाषा का स्रोत: Evidence grading methodology · शब्दावली; KPV anti-inflammatory mechanism may theoretically interact with BPC-157 NO modulation. | BPC-157 + KPV |
Growth-hormone-axis and body-composition stacks
These stacks pair a GHRH analogue with a ghrelin-receptor agonist (GHRP). They are marketed for muscle gain, fat loss, and metabolic support. Critical identity ambiguity: most listings use "CJC-1295" to mean Modified GRF 1-29 (no DAC), which is a different substance from the CJC-1295 DAC conjugate that has published human pharmacology data.
| Stack name / aliases | Claimed components | Marketed for | Evidence reality | Full blend page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin — 2X Blend, Mod GRF 1-29 + Ipamorelin | CJC-1295 (no DAC), Ipamorelin | GH pulse support, muscle, body recomposition | No combination A study in which participants are assigned to the study material or a comparator by chance. परिभाषा का स्रोत: Neutral gloss; usage context: Evidence grading methodology · शब्दावली. GHRH + ghrelin synergy has a receptor-level hypothesis (Arvat 2001) but that study did not test CJC-1295, Modified GRF 1-29, or ipamorelin. | CJC-1295 + Ipamorelin |
| CJC-1295 + GHRP-2 — Mod GRF 1-29 + GHRP-2 | CJC-1295 (no DAC), GHRP-2 | GH pulse support with increased GH amplitude | No combination study. GHRP-2 elevates ACTH/cortisol/prolactin and increases food intake in healthy men. | CJC-1295 + GHRP-2 |
| CJC-1295 + GHRP-6 — Mod GRF 1-29 + GHRP-6 | CJC-1295 (no DAC), GHRP-6 | GH pulse support with appetite stimulation | No combination study. GHRP-6 appetite effect has direct preclinical rat support but was not established in the cited human studies. | CJC-1295 + GHRP-6 |
| Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin — Tesamorelin/Ipamorelin | Tesamorelin, Ipamorelin | GH pulse support | No combination study. Unusually high ratio variance (1:1 to >3:1 tesamorelin-to-ipamorelin across observed listings). | Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin |
| Sermorelin + Ipamorelin — GHRH 1-29 + Ipamorelin | Sermorelin, Ipamorelin | GH pulse support | No combination study. Sermorelin had FDA-approved products (Geref) that were discontinued in 2008/2009; that regulatory history does not apply to research-grade material or this pairing. | Sermorelin + Ipamorelin |
Metabolic and weight-management stacks
These stacks combine incretin-based peptides (GLP-1, GLP-1/GIP/glucagon receptor agonists) with amylin analogues. Vendor-created products should not be confused with clinical-development co-formulations.

| Stack name / aliases | Claimed components | Marketed for | Evidence reality | Full blend page |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Semax + Selank — Focus & Relax | Semax, Selank | Cognitive enhancement, anxiety modulation | No combination study for the marketed mixture. Parent-versus-acetylated identity ambiguity across listings. | Semax + Selank |
| Semax + Selank + DSIP — Focus, Stress & Sleep Blend | Semax, Selank, DSIP | Cognitive function, stress reduction, sleep | No combination study. Single-clinic formulation (10/10/2 mg claim); insufficient to define a standard. | Semax + Selank + DSIP |

Sex-specific considerations
No named stack has been studied for sex-specific effects. The following are notes on biological plausibility of individual components as understood from separate Evidence from in vitro or animal studies with no adequate human efficacy evidence — the atlas Grade D lane. परिभाषा का स्रोत: Evidence grading methodology · शब्दावली and clinical literature, not recommendations.
Stacks marketed primarily toward male demographics (based on common marketing patterns, not clinical data):
Wolverine, Wolverine Plus, GLOW, KLOW — marketed for athletic recovery and tissue repair, domains where marketing historically skews male. The components have no established sex-specific safety or efficacy profile.
CJC-1295 + GHRP-2/6 — GHRP-2 and GHRP-6 elevate prolactin, which produces different biological effects in females (relevant to menstrual and reproductive physiology) than in males. No sex-stratified safety data exist for these pairings.
Stacks marketed toward both sexes:
Semax + Selank — cognitive blends are marketed without strong sex targeting.
Semaglutide + Cagrilintide, Retatrutide + Cagrilintide — weight-management products marketed broadly. No sex-stratified combination data.
Tesamorelin + Ipamorelin, Sermorelin + Ipamorelin — marketed for body composition without sex targeting in observed listings. No sex-stratified combination data.
Key caveat: The CJC-1295 DAC pharmacology trials included both women and men. The ipamorelin PK/PD study included only healthy men; the phase 2 postoperative-ileus trial included bowel-resection patients of both sexes. These are descriptive study-population notes, not evidence of sex-specific safety or efficacy for any blend.
GH-axis components and sex hormone interactions: GH secretagogues (ipamorelin, GHRP-2, GHRP-6) and GHRH analogues may interact with oestrogen and testosterone signalling at the hypothalamic-pituitary level. No blend-specific interaction data exist.
Pregnancy, breastfeeding, and reproductive planning: No named blend has safety data in pregnancy, lactation, or for fertility in either sex. The components with known receptor mechanisms (e.g., melanocortin, GHRH, ghrelin receptor agonists) cross the placenta in animal models; implications for unstudied combinations are unknown.
Safety note
No combination-specific safety data exist for any named blend. The following apply across all listed profiles:
No combination studied: No published controlled trial tests any of these stacks against individual components or An inactive comparator used in a controlled study. परिभाषा का स्रोत: Neutral gloss; usage context: Evidence grading methodology · शब्दावली.
Individual component risks: Each peptide carries its own known and unknown risks from separate studies (e.g., BPC-157 angiogenesis concerns, GHRP-2 prolactin/cortisol elevation, Melanotan II nevus changes). Those risks do not predict combination toxicology.
Identity ambiguity: Market names do not reliably identify the exact substance, salt form, acetylation state, fragment length, or molar ratio. "CJC-1295" may mean Modified GRF 1-29 or the DAC conjugate. "TB-500" may mean full-length Tβ4 or a short fragment. Semax/Selank listings may use parent or acetylated forms interchangeably.
Fixed-ratio limitation: Pre-blended vials prevent independent dose adjustment and complicate attribution of any unexpected effect.
Product quality: Products are unregulated "research use only" material. Purity, sterility, identity, and co-formulation stability are not independently verified by seller pages. Vendor-supplied certificates of analysis are select-sample reports with method and custody limits.
The World Anti-Doping Agency; its Prohibited List classifies many peptides as prohibited substances in sport. परिभाषा का स्रोत: WADA and sport regulation brief · शब्दावली status: Many components are prohibited in sport (BPC-157 under WADA Prohibited List class S0 (non-approved substances): pharmacological substances not addressed elsewhere in the list and with no current approval by any governmental regulatory health authority for human therapeutic use. परिभाषा का स्रोत: WADA and sport regulation brief · शब्दावली, TB-500 and GH analogues under WADA Prohibited List class S2 (peptide hormones, growth factors, related substances and mimetics): prohibited at all times, with subsections of materially different scope. परिभाषा का स्रोत: WADA and sport regulation brief · शब्दावली).
