The most common commercial formulation is a 1:1 mass ratio (5/5 or 10/10 mg). This is NOT a 1:1 molar ratio: BPC-157 (~1,419 Da) and TB-500 (either ~4,963 Da for full Tβ4 or ~890 Da for 7-AA fragment) differ substantially in molecular weight. A 10/10 mg blend yields approximately 7.0 µmol BPC-157 and either ~2.0 µmol (full Tβ4) or ~11.2 µmol (7-AA fragment) of TB-500.
BPC-157 has its own separate evidence. TB-500 may refer to full-length thymosin beta-4 or a short fragment, so its identity is ambiguous. Listings associate both labels with the Wolverine market name, but no combination study or co-formulation stability data were identified. A seller-declared product is not evidence for the mixture.
