Three distinct concepts

  1. Approved labeled regimen — a regulator-reviewed regimen for a named product, jurisdiction, indication, route, and population. Cite the current label and its date.

  2. Studied regimen — exposure used in a particular registered or published study. It describes research; it is not a recommendation and may have failed or caused harm.

  3. Unsubstantiated marketed regimen — a schedule promoted without adequate authoritative support. Record only when necessary to analyze misinformation, label it unsupported, and do not turn it into a usable protocol.

Required wording

  • Unapproved/investigational: No established or recommended human dose.

  • Preclinical only: No adequate human dosing evidence; animal exposure must not be converted into a self-experimentation regimen.

  • Approved medicine: The label summary below is product-, indication-, and jurisdiction-specific; consult the full current label and a licensed clinician/pharmacist.

Prohibited transformations

The atlas does not calculate a personal regimen, select a route, prescribe a titration, express a desired dose as syringe units, provide cycle/stack plans, or infer vial concentration, sterility, compatibility, beyond-use dating, or storage from a vendor listing.
